This Privacy Policy explains how Wise Power Company, a dba of Bradley Solutions LLC ("Wise Power," "we," "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit our websites, including wisepower.co,, submit a form, or communicate with us by phone, text or email.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, phone number, email, home address or ZIP code, homeownership status, electric bill information and usage, approximate credit range you choose to share, and anything you tell our advisors.
- Consent records: the date, time, page and consent language shown when you agree to be contacted, and (if enabled) a third-party verification certificate of your form submission.
- Automatic information: device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, and advertising identifiers or campaign parameters (such as UTM or click IDs) collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To prepare your Solar Analysis & Savings Report and contact you about solar, battery and related energy products you asked about;
- To coordinate design, installation, financing and customer service with our installation and financing partners;
- To send calls, texts and emails as described in our Terms and the consent you provided;
- To measure and improve our advertising, website and services; and
- To comply with law, including keeping records of consent and opt-out requests.
How we share information
- Installation partner: We share your information with our installation partner, Bold Energy, which may contact you about the products you requested, as described in the consent you provided.
- Financing partners: If you choose to apply for a lease, PPA or loan, we share the information needed with the finance provider you select. Credit checks happen only with your permission.
- Service providers: We use vendors (for example, CRM, phone, texting, email, hosting and analytics providers) who process information on our behalf.
- Legal and business transfers: We may disclose information to comply with law or protect rights, or in connection with a merger, sale, financing or reorganization of our business.
Text messaging: We do not sell your mobile phone number or text-messaging opt-in data, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the installation partner named in your consent and with service providers who help us deliver messages.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Ask any advisor to place you on our internal Do Not Call list, or email or call us using the contact information below.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- You can control cookies through your browser settings.
- Depending on your state (for example, California), you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us to make a request; we will verify your identity before responding. We do not sell personal information for money.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including keeping consent and opt-out records as required by law.
Children
Our services are intended for adults 18 and older who own or are responsible for a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
